1. Who We Are

Haj Tech is a UK-based technology services brand.

2. Services

Haj Tech provides the following services:

• Cyber Essentials Readiness Assessment
• Website Security Health Check
• AI Workflow Automation
• Excel Automation with Python
• RemindFlow (booking reminders SaaS - launching 2026)
• ReviewBase (Google review management SaaS - launching 2026)
• AI Automation Platform (in development)

3. Ordering and Payment

Services are ordered and paid for through the Fiverr platform (fiverr.com/haj_tech). All payments are processed by Fiverr and subject to their terms. Haj Tech does not handle payments directly.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are stated in each Fiverr gig listing. Timescales begin from the point an order is placed and all required information has been provided by the buyer.

5. Revisions

Revision entitlements are stated in each Fiverr gig package. Revisions are limited to the original scope of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

All reports, assessments and deliverables produced by Haj Tech are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice. Haj Tech accepts no liability for any losses arising from reliance on our reports or deliverables.

Haj Tech makes no guarantee of specific results. All services are delivered on a best-efforts basis and outcomes will vary depending on your business circumstances.

Security assessments are surface-level audits of publicly visible information only. They are not penetration tests and do not guarantee identification of all security issues.

Cyber Essentials readiness assessments are preparatory evaluations only. Haj Tech is not an IASME-accredited certification body and does not issue official Cyber Essentials certificates.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced for their specific order. Haj Tech retains the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific code in future work.

8. RemindFlow, ReviewBase and AI Automation Platform

These products are currently in development. Signing up for notifications does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of service. Pricing and features are subject to change before launch. When launched, separate terms of service will apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
